PROTOTYPING MACHINING:

We have dedicated staffs and special equipments to work on prototype projects. This allows our production schedule to proceed without interference while assisting our customers in achieving the quick turn around time desired for prototype projects. We have on staff a manufacture and design engineer who can assist in the process. By continually improving on the manufacturing process, we can make things more efficient, thus, saving our customers money.
 

PRODUCTION MACHINING:
L&T, our production machining services include milling, turning, and CNC machining. Our production runs range  depending on our customers' needs.


E N G I N E E R I N G    A S S I S T A N C E
Additional services provided by L&T include engineering assistance to support customer requirements. Our engineering department uses data and specifications supplied by our customer to determine the most effective way to meet or exceed our customer's expectations. We ensure that design, cost, and manufacturability issues are all considered, and result in optimal designs at the least possible cost, with the quickest time to manufacture.

A S S E M B L Y
Value added services provided by L&T include complete system assembly. We have a designated controlled area where all systems are assembled fully wired. A final test is performed on both hardware & software components to ensure that pieces are fully functional.

OUR PRODUCTS

Products made at L&T Precision Engineering Inc. include parts from semiconductor, medical aerospace, and various other industries. We work on all types of metals, plastics, and exotic materials. Our CMM Mitutoyo Bright-A910 has a table measuring system that accommodates dimensions of varied parts.
